How to start: game is loaded click on PLAY - then click on NEW GAME - then click on skip to start the game

Controls:

Mouse click to select an open space, and then click BUY to purchase, then click on BUILD to build a house, click SUPPLIES select goods, click on INFO to upgrade the house. Click SELL to sell the house
